My industrious Chinese neighbours

The view from my balcony also shows me a huge construction site. Apparently it is going to be a 3 storey shopping mall. The work is being done by only 3 (yes,  THREE) Chinese workers. They work from sun-up to sun-down, 7 days a week. And I am seeing progress. weld by weld.

Today it is raining and with no PPE, no harness, wearing thongs, but he does have a hard hat and a welding mask, is my industrious neighbor.
